Why Qntrl for your presales process?

  • Visibility

Track the entire process and have all relevant information documented in one place. Know what needs to happen next and who's involved, and manage and prioritize workload.

  • Control

Follow up with a prospect's request easily via the third-party communication channels integrated with Qntrl. Understand their requirements, address them, and stay on top of things at all times, without any hurdles.

  • Automation

Reduce human intervention by automating time-consuming tasks, such as field updates, approvals, SLAs, and notifying prospects and other teams.

  • Efficiency

Increase the efficiency of your sales process and, as a result, increase conversion rates. Every bid is auto-assigned to the presales member with the right technical expertise, so that sales team can focus on the commercial side of the deal.

  • Accuracy

Document your analysis about a prospect or a bid (meetings, feedback, notes) and share and access this contextual information across the teams involved, to arrive at the right decision for closing the deal.

  • Time Saving

Manage and prioritize bids, and get things done on time. Set up deadlines and due dates for every activity involved in the bid, up until its final submission and closure.

Request submitted by sales manager

The sales manager submits a request upon arrival of an RFP, filling in details like the prospect name, industry, services required, etc.

RFP sent to presales manager

Once the sales manager creates a card, the presales manager gets notified with an automated email or message, via a preferred third-party platform.

RFP qualification check

The presales manager analyzes the RFP to check if it is under the scope for the company to take up. If so, they qualify the RFP and assign it to a team member to draft a response. If it's not in the company's scope, the customer is informed and the card is closed.

RFP response drafted

Once the RFP is qualified and assigned to a team member, they draft the RFP response and send it to the manager for their approval. If approved, it is sent to the sales manager for submission. Otherwise, it's sent for modifications to be made.

Closing the card

After the RFP response is submitted, the team awaits the results. If the bid is won, a contract is signed and the card is closed. If not, the card is closed saying "Bid lost".

Qntrl is flexible

  • Create various requests to participate in bids easily, depending on the structure that best suits your organization or department.
  • Log all the bidding requests automatically as cards, irrespective of their source, such as emails or forms.
  • Retain all the documents and files related to the RFx in one place, and access them instantaneously, with ease, whenever required.
  • Assign every RFx automatically, based on its priority or type, to the presales team member with the right technical expertise. Save time by responding to the ones with the earliest deadline first.

  • Keep your discussions on comment threads and maintain all relevant information in the same place, for future reference.

  • Send automatic notifications and alerts to your team members, as well as your prospects, via email or chat apps like MS Teams, Slack, or Cliq. Keep everyone up to date with all relevant information.

  • Utilize our built-in reports or create your own process-specific reports to analyze the presales process, find which stage takes the longest, if a particular team member needs training, and more.
