Request submitted by manager

The manager submits a request to make a purchase, including the reason. The department head then makes the call whether to accept or reject it.

Selecting potential vendors

Once the request is approved by the department head, a list of potential vendors is identified. This list then goes for approval to the department head.

Vendor list approval

The department manager checks through the vendor list and then approves or sends it for reworking. If approved, these vendors are sent an invitation. If not, the manager modifies the list and resends for approval.

Invitation to the vendors

Once potential vendors are identified and approved, they're sent an invitation to register themselves with the company. This invitation contains a link to an interactive form, where the vendors can fill in relevant information.

Logging in vendor details

Once the vendors finish registering, they submit all required documents for the company to perform KYC. Upon successful completion, all vendor details are logged in your system, as your system is integrated with Qntrl.
