1. What are extensions?

Extension is a small software module that can be installed in Qntrl to help achieve business requirements or customizations. Extensions can be feature enhancements, third-party integrations, or any such value additions.

2. What is Qntrl Marketplace?

Qntrl Marketplace is an online store with solutions for specific business requirements while working with Qntrl. This is the perfect platform to search for any Qntrl extensions or to showcase the extension you have built, which extends the capabilities of a Qntrl application. You can showcase your extension, increase adoption, and provide a better customer experience to orchestrate near-to-perfect business strategies.

3. Who can use Qntrl Marketplace extensions?

Anyone with access to Settings in a Qntrl organization can install extensions in Qntrl Marketplace. While installing an extension, you can provide permissions for users in your organization to access them. Only the mentioned users will be able to view and access the extension.

Extensions in Qntrl Marketplace are only compatible with Qntrl, so you'll need to be a Qntrl user to take full advantage of their capabilities.

4. How do I install an extension?

Qntrl users can either install the extension from Extensions section of the product or from Qntrl marketplace.

To install an extension from Qntrl, go to Settings and select Marketplace under Extensions from the menu. To install an extension from Marketplace, visit the Qntrl Marketplace from your Qntrl account, search for the extension, and then install it.

5. Will anyone in my Qntrl organization be able to install or uninstall an extension?

Only users with access to Settings within the product will be able to install or uninstall an extension.

2. Is there any criteria to create an extension in the Qntrl Marketplace?

To create extensions in the Qntrl Marketplace, your organization needs to have a Qntrl account and company profile of its own. Sign up and navigate to the Partner Console.

3. How do I get support assistance for creating an extension from the Qntrl Marketplace?

To contact our marketplace support team, you can request us from within the Partner Console. You can also email us at marketplace-support@qntrl.com

4. Will I receive payouts from users installing my extension through Qntrl Marketplace?

Yes, you can list a paid extension to receive payouts every time a user installs your extension on Qntrl Marketplace.

5. What is the waiting period before the extension is published in Qntrl Marketplace?

An extension goes through 4 levels of review to ensure the integrity, validity, and functionality of the extension, before being listed in Qntrl Marketplace. After the extension is reviewed and approved by our technical team, the extension is published. The entire process usually takes about two-to-three weeks.
